– If you are arriving from Venice or Udine across the highway, after the toll/payment to the barrier

BY TRAIN (Central Station Trieste)
– If you arrive by train to Trieste there are several options to get to the Hotel Istria:
By bus #22 and #6 that are taken in the Piazza della Liberta’ with stop in Via Battisti (2 minute walk from
the Hotel).
By bus #19 that take in Piazza della Liberta’ with stop in Piazza dell’Ospitale Maggiore (1-minute walk
from the Hotel).

BY AIR (Airport Ronchi dei Legionari)
– The distance between the airport and Trieste is about 35 km. Bus. 51 (Shuttle-Bus) leaves about every
30 minutes from Arrivals Area and held as the final stop at the Bus-Station of Trieste that is exactly at the
left side of the Central Railway Station (55 minutes) There is also an option with the Airport Taxi and
costs about € 60,00 (45 minutes).
